Rosetta reviews merchant processing statements and helps businesses set up payment processing and software. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details. Your name, business name, phone number and email address.
• Booking details. When you schedule a call, our scheduling provider collects what you enter and shares it with us.
• Statements and business information. Processing statements and the details in them, such as card volume, fees, pricing and your current processor.
• Messages. Texts, emails and call notes between you and Rosetta.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider may log standard details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use it

• To review your statement and explain what we find.
• To contact you about your review or appointment.
• If you choose to apply, to help complete your merchant application and set up your equipment and software.
• To keep records and meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If we text you, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Rosetta. Reply HELP for help.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers. No mobile information or text messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share information with

• Our payment processor. Rosetta is an authorized agent of Kurv. If you decide to apply for a merchant account, we share your application information with Kurv and the banks and service providers it uses to open and service the account.
• Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as scheduling, messaging, email and hosting providers. They may use your information only to provide those services.
• Legal requirements. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your statement and contact details at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure. You are welcome to black out full bank account numbers and tax ID numbers on a statement before you send it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
• Reply to any email and ask us to stop emailing you.
• Contact us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

Children

Rosetta serves businesses. This site is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
